I bring over 34 years of management experience, complemented by an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University, where I graduated in the top 1% of my class. My commitment to continuous learning led me to earn a Human Resources Consulting Certificate, equipping me with the expertise to support your success. As a servant leader, my mission is to guide and empower others. Driven by this passion, I founded Extraordinary Workforce, dedicated to helping organizations thrive through tailored HR and management consulting solutions.

I am married to John and we live in Zumbrota, Minnesota. I am Italian, and yes, I love cooking Italian food of every kind. I love to spend my time meeting new clients and creating a results-driven solutions for their organization. It is important to me that every client feels like they are the only client I am working with.
